As we start the new year, we are excited to announce several promotions and new titles for members of our staff:

Tony Gattuso – Director, Investments & Treasury

In recognition of his contributions to the success of the foundation’s investment portfolio and other key foundation projects, Tony Gattuso has been promoted to Director, Investments & Treasury.

Stephanie Hicks-Thompson – Senior Marketing & Community Engagement Officer

As a result of her incredible role in the success of the foundation’s Common Ground initiative and the events and outreach that precede and follow this annual day of community conversation, Stephanie Hicks-Thompson has been promoted to Senior Marketing & Community Engagement Officer.

Lillian Kuri – Senior Vice President for Strategy

For her oversight of several key program areas and highly successful work on the foundation’s strategic initiatives, including our catalytic move to MidTown, Lillian Kuri has been promoted to Senior Vice President for Strategy.

Kathy LePar – Manager, Legal Affairs

To allow for an expansion of her legal work and to provide support to Ginger Mlakar in her new role, Kathy LePar has been promoted to Manager, Legal Affairs. Kathy will also continue to provide support to Terri Eason on gift planning matters.

Ginger Mlakar – General Counsel & Senior Director, Donor Relations

In recognition of her expanded portfolio of legal work, Ginger Mlakar has been promoted to General Counsel & Senior Director, Donor Relations. Ginger will be the foundation’s point person for all legal matters, handling routine legal issues for the organization and helping staff to determine when outside counsel is needed.

Jennifer Trivelli – Director, Content Marketing

In recognition of her exceptional contributions to the foundation’s signature events and an increasing level of responsibility, Jennifer Trivelli has been promoted to Director, Content Marketing.

In recognition of increasing responsibilities and evolving roles, the following staff members have new titles:

• Terri Eason:  Senior Director, Gift Planning
• Maureen Forrest:  Development Coordinator
• Michelle Fritz:  Senior Director, Development & Philanthropic Initiatives
• Ciba Jones: Program Coordinator
• Kirby Suntala: Program Coordinator
