Winter is upon us, and it’s hard to imagine a time when we’ll feel a warm lake breeze or the heat of the sun. But before you know it, another beautiful Cleveland summer will be here, and with it, the Cleveland Foundation Summer Internship Program!
Apply now for our 2016 summer internships before our January 20 deadline, and could spend next summer immersed in Greater Cleveland’s nonprofit and public sectors.
For 17 years, the internships have connected undergraduate and graduate students with meaningful, paid, career-related experiences in diverse settings across Greater Cleveland. Past interns have flourished while working in the arts, outdoor recreation, economic development, education, city planning and more. Check out one intern’s perspective in this video:
In 2016, 19 host sites will be offering fantastic opportunities, including DANCE Cleveland, Cleveland Public Library, the Cleveland Health-Tech Corridor, Care Alliance and Providence House.
If you are a college student, graduate student or recent college graduate and can answer yes to the following questions, please consider applying:

- Do you have an interest in the nonprofit or public sector?
The application period closes on January 20, and the program runs from May 31st to August 12th. Visit our site for more information and complete registration to access the online application. You can also check out blog posts from our past interns.
We look forward to your applications!
